With Jimmy Katuta as his father and a community activist himself, Joseph’s work expands beyond dance, improving lives, and bridging gaps, and wealth.
As General Operations Manager of JK and PARTNERS, he oversees daily operations, Building partnerships globally, with positive forward visions, and solid foundations.

Joseph Katuta Gates (also referred to as Mr. G or G) is the CEO and founder of ROAD TO ZAMBIA FOUNDATION, DBA, R.O.A.D (Reaching Out And Dancing).
The R.O.A.D program is an academically inclined dance program started in Cleveland, Ohio, to encourage students to use physical dance movements as vehicles for self-expression.
His module is designed to plant seeds of expression, strong principles, and morals into the student, which allows them to express their feelings effectively.
Also, students will not only have the skills and confidence to dance when opportunities arise but will learn how to use their dance skills rather to be used by them.

A Perfect Start - 2010
Dancing since he was 5 years of age, DeAndre’ AKA Dre the Legend started his career as a professional dancer in 2010.
DeAndre’ Martin, during his dance career, danced and taught for organizations such as Zelma W. George, Buckeye Library, The Rice branch, and The Cleveland Cavalier Scream Team.
Reaching Out to Dance - 2019
In 2019 at the end of his Cavalier career, DeAndre’ began working with I AM LIMITLESS LLC who started a dance program at West Park Academy.
He became the Head Instructor of that same program in 2021 which is now called R.O.A.D (Reaching Out And Dancing).
His duties as a Head Instructor for R.O.A.D at West Park Academy, allowed him to elevate his skill sets as a dancer and dance instructor by taking on new challenges in the education field.
Grooming the Dance Community - 2021-Till date
As an Academically inclined dance program, DeAndre’ now helps develop children in their communities while raising their academic levels in the classrooms.
With goals of modeling and starting his own foundation, DeAndre’ focuses his time and energy on learning new ways to improve the dance scene. Dancing in famous clubs such as IVY NightClub in Cleveland, Ohio, creating choreography for artists such as “Charles Reed”, R&B Meech, TrapBoi Manikin and Lewis Fletcher in a movie called “The CAPP”, he created a great supportive platform and solidified his dance name “Dre the Legend”.
DeAndre’s loyalty, consistency and dedication earned him a great position in R.O.A.D TO ZAMBIA FOUNDATION’S organization. DeAndre’ dedicates his time giving back to the children of West Park Academy and plan on doing the same for the children in Africa.

Domenica Coronado

From her days as a youth in San Jose, CA, local programs have been pivotal in Domenica's growth and civic
duty. She began her career in youth government as Student Body Secretary in the 8th grade, and later went on
to become Senior Class President, all the while becoming apart of programs such as the San Jose Youth
Leadership Academy, La Raza Unida, "LINK Crew", and the Chicano/Latino Youth Leadership Project (where
she was also is a recipient of the Roberto Gracia Memorial Scholarship 2003),
before attending San Jose State University.
In her adult life, Domenica also had the opportunity in 2014 & 2015 to help establish the Bay Area Institute with the Chicano/Latino Youth Leadership Project, where she held Banquet Chairman for two years. In 2015 Domenica relocated to New York City, where she pursued her cosmetics career, but also ultimately pivoted to building an administrative career in both the for and non-profit sectors. While in NYC, she supported Queens County election site management and gave her time to community organizations such as The Legacy Center and Gods Love We Deliver.
In February 2021, Domenica joined as business partners with Vincent Sauceda Gonzalez, where they are small business owners of the Gonzalez Consulting Firm, LLC. Through this increíble partnership, in June 2021, Domenica began partnering and supporting organizations such as Juels of Rome/Artist Connext Media, R.O.A.D. to Zambia, and JK & Partners. Through Mr. Jimmy Katuta and JK & Partners, we have also partnered with organizations such as the African Diaspora Foundation (ADF), African Diaspora Development Institute (ADDI), and Zambian Associations Network of the United States (ZANUS). In August 2022, a 2 Day Conference was held in Las Vegas, NV, at Bally's Hotel, where 120+ attendees, which included community organizations and political dignitaries, and Domenica successfully managed Gala Committee which included ensuring coordination of Hotel Food/Bev, Audio/Visual and on-site Vendor/Sponsor Management.
Proficient in American Sign Language and conversational Spanish, Domenica is an enthusiastic, effective Administrative Professional with Retail Cosmetics, Event/Operations Management & Food Handling experience, as well as creative experience in Fashion and Arts. Proficient in both Apple and Microsoft Suites, Photoshop, Canva, GetFlow, Slack, Trello and more. She is an agile, adept manager with experience in multicalendar management, travel (guest and principle) coordinating, cash handling, inventory, databases and more.
Now residing in Los Angeles, and establishing local ties in Las Vegas, Domenica is continuing to build relationships with community leaders on a state, national and international impact. Amongst all her accomplishments and pursuits, being a 3rd generation American, her passion lies deeply in the desire and pursiot be apart of the healthy development and legacy of ALL people and their communities.
